I am looking for a storage space for either one car or three motorcycles. A single car garage would be fine. It doesn't have to be fancy, just secure with locking doors and an overhead light. It would be accessed very little in the summer, maybe once a week, and hardly at all during the winter. I would also being willing to let the owner know when I would be accessing it if they want me to. Something near Pioneer Park would be great. If necessary, I would be willing to sign a statement saying the owner of the property is not responsible for the vehicles stored. I would pay in cash, in advance on a month to month basis and give 30 days notice on leaving. If someone does have something I would like to be able to move in the first week of May. Thanks.
