My Dad bought this from Metra RV for a place to stay on our farm but is in a nursing home now and won't be needing it anymore. It sat here for about 2 years so I put new tires on it. It's very spacious for a camper and comes with a washer/dryer that runs on 110V. The shower is pretty big with a skylight above it with plenty of room for moving around in there. It has a hide-a-bed in the living room and a CD player/radio/stereo with a TV and a VHS player. The generator runs great and starts from a switch by the bed. Fully enclosed belly with heated tanks. No leaks and everything works but the AC.
