I bought this with some hail damage and some water damage at the front and rear. Have not had the time to do repairs like I hoped. Electric slide works, electric jacks work, AC works, heater works. Have not tested the water system as it was winterized when I bought it but looks to be complete. I did patch the roof front and rear edges when I bought it and it hasn't leaked since. We have used it several times as a spare bedroom on our yard, nice sized trailer.
