We are a well-established self-storage facility looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman / Painter to join our small team.
Position Overview:
We need someone who can handle general maintenance, repairs, and painting throughout the facility. This is a hands-on role that keeps our property looking sharp and functioning smoothly for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior painting of storage units, office, hallways, and fences
Minor repairs (drywall patching, door fixes, hardware replacement, etc.)
Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting (nothing too advanced)
Pressure washing, touch-ups, and general facility upkeep
Light carpentry work as needed
Keeping the grounds and common areas clean and presentable
Occasional moving or arranging of items
Requirements:
Experience as a handyman or painter (storage facility or property maintenance experience is a plus)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Own basic hand tools (larger equipment provided on site)
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and be on your feet most of the day
Dependable, honest, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
