Was originally installed in 2024, but I wanted to swap it out for a different 12 zone smart contoller.

Current new prices are:

ESP-TM2 controller - $100
Wifi chip- $93

The wireless control via the app is ok, but it's not great. It can be a little slow and intermittent, but it does work if your wifi signal is good at the controller.

You'll need to buy a new pigtail or have hardwired power nearby. Does not include power cable.
