This motorhome is in great shape and is ready to hit the road as soon as you purchase it. It has a Ford V-10 Triton motor with only 44,500 miles on it. It can idle all day long with the dash air on high and never over-heat! Up and down mountains, just keeps on going. Averages 9-10 mpg. Backup camera, new tires purchased last summer. Has a new roof air conditioner, new outside step motor, new Thomas Payne recliners that are so comfortable, new toilet, new awning, new board installed in the generator and tune-up, and 3 vent covers on the roof (all done last summer). You can have the vents open driving down the road or during a rain storm and its no problem. It also has a new chassis battery. It easily sleeps 8 as the breakfast nook can also be turned into two bunk beds. Everything works well. This books at $45,000 so we feel we are being fair asking $43,000 OBO. Although, we have a lien on it, we would ask to go to our bank anyway to finalize sale (cash only) and the lien release can be given with the notarized title at that point.or obo
