Rent is $750 per month with a $250 deposit. (Non refundable cleaning fee of $50). Must be a complete non-smoker, no drugs, no parties allowed, no pets, couples or children. Must be able to follow house rules and keep the environment NEAT and CLEAN. Must take garbage out every Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.
All Utilities Paid; includes electricity, gas, water, garbage, Wi-Fi internet, TV, washing machine and dryer, toilet paper, garbage bags, basic kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Cleaning lady service every 3 weeks includes all common areas.
