Perfect set up if you like peace and quiet but not miles to everything! Dead-end street right next to the Baptist church so no traffic but can walk downtown or go straight and hit the hospitals/colleges easy. Room's fully furnished - queen bed, tv, dresser, h/s tables. Literally just bring clothes. All bills and internet included. Got central heat/air, a washer/dryer you can use, plus a fenced backyard with a fun little patio for chilling out on. Security cameras around the property, ample street parking. Being real - I'm pretty chill myself, definitely need someone the same. No parties, no drugs, no constantly revolving door of overnight guests. Only one person looking for a drama-free place.
