I personally fix up homes and I am looking to purchase a home within a 25 mile radius or so of Billings for cash, and can close at a title company as quickly as you need. I am NOT a realtor, landlord, contractor, or part of any company. I do not put up signs, send unsolicited mail, or have TV commercials. I am a solo part-time home repairman and investor that has lived in the Billings area for over 25 years.
If you own a vacant or distressed home, are facing bank foreclosure, need to relocate fast, facing a divorce, inherited a home, or another event is forcing you to sell quickly for a fair cash price this may be a good fit.
Your home can be sold as-is without doing repairs, upgrades, or cleaning, (home must have a clear title and NO meth or serious concrete foundation/structural issues). Closing can be done at Stewart Title or a different title company of your choice. You will NOT have to pay realtor selling fees, which are typically 6%. I am professional and easy to work with, and I absolutely will not pressure you to sell to me.
