Lube Tech + More (Hands-On Leadership)
We are currently looking for a full-time lube tech and topper installation help. Person must be a mechanically minded person who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and is hungry to work. This isn’t a “desk job”—it’s a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires involvement in all aspects of the business when an extra hand is needed. This position has strong potential for growth into an assistant manager/manager role. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to work and mechanical aptitude we can train you to succeed.
The Role
You will primarily support the daily operations of our Lube Express and Rocky Toppers but will step into the Car Wash as needed.
• Lead by Example: Assist in all areas including the lube shop, car wash, cashiering, and dry line.
• Specialized Sales: Handle pickup topper sales and installations.
• Customer Experience: Drive business growth by ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
• Problem Solve: Use your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with solid automotive foundations who is ready for a leadership step-up but doesn’t mind the physical nature of the shop.
• Mechanical Aptitude: You know your way around a toolbox and have basic automotive knowledge.
• Operational Stamina: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor/indoor environment.
• Reliability: Valid Driver’s License and a consistent “can-do” attitude.
• Versatility: You can pivot from a technical install to a customer sales pitch in minutes.
Compensation & Benefits
