Steers ready for slaughter. $3.25 per pound hanging weight. Average weight for whole beef is 825-875 pounds on the rail. Will sell a whole or 1/2 beef. Processing available in March - April. Processing is separate, but we will deliver to the processor we use free of charge. They are fed grass and alfalfa mix, barley straw, and finished with beet pulp. These animals are hormone free. Breed is Balancers (Angus & Gelbvieh cross).
