Selling 3 Armstrong Steel buildings, new materials, never assembled. .... 40ft x 40ft x 11ft, 40ft wide x 33ft deep x 10ft, with upper deck mezzanine, & 16ft x24ft x 9ft. We moved all unassembled buildings on 2 1/2 semi loads to Wapiti, WY. All buildings are still in original shipping crates, all steel structures, steel walls and roofing along with all purlins. All the hardware is here. I have all of the plans, instructions for construction, etc... These buildings are rated for 110mph winds. Extra roof purlins were added to the structure beams as well. Everything is stacked and ready to load and ship. Selling as all 3 buildings or will separate the buildings. They were purchased in 2019 and never assembled due to building permit issues from the county they were originally shipped too. The packaging and crates are weathered but all materials are still new as packed and shipped from the factory. $135,000 for 3 buildings, plus transportation. Or,
$58,000 for the 40'x33' with mezzanine,
$55,000 for the 40'x40'...
$27,000 for the 16'x24' ...
There are No Doors or windows with the buildings. Our client was going to order those separately when building were being built. I have .pdf files for plans and photos. Prices Do Not include assembly or construction... Current prices from Armstrong Steel for these buildings are approximately 70% higher than we're asking... Email for more information...
