Nice clean low mileage Mercedes 560 SEC 2 door coupe. Cool Mercedes Benz branded dealer installed radar detector. Rust free.
Lived in Kansas, Bellevue, Washington, Meridian, Idaho and with me in Montana.
Milestone car that introduced air bags and anti-lock brakes to the world.
Reliable car with a fresh oil change and could be driven home across the country.
5.6 liter V8 gas engine. Runs good, shifts good. Very nice example of a W126 S class Mercedes from the golden era of the brand.
AC not working. Drivers side seat belt presenter doesn’t move. Seat belt is still functional but you have to reach back to buckle up. The motor runs but the arm does not come out. Could probably be fixed. I think of the motor running as a reminder to buckle up instead of the annoying ding of the new vehicles. Dent in the trunk from a tree branch recently falling on it. Some clear coat peeling on the trunk and a small part of the passenger rear quarter panel. The self leveling system is not working so sags in the rear when loaded.
Driver’s side leather seat has some wear and repair on the edges in wore-prone area.
Leaks a couple drops of transmission fluid after each drive, probably the converter seal?
