Needs some work - windows & trim - there are some cracked windows but double paned, so still tight.
Living room and bedroom carpet is the most stunning shag orange you could ever dream of- NOT (see photos)
Kitchen carpet could be replaced but is better than the orange, master bedroom and bathroom carpet is fine.
Hitch, axle & tires are on it. Must be moved at buyers expense, and soon - the property it is on has been sold.
