What is this about?
We want to hear what people think about roadside assistance programs — what works, what doesn’t, and what you’d want from a service like that. It’s totally fine if you’ve never used one before. We still want your opinion.
What is a focus group?
A focus group is a small, online discussion on Zoom. A professional interviewer will guide the conversation and ask you questions. It’s casual, fun, and easy — and you get paid just for sharing your thoughts.
You’ll be joined by a few other participants, and the whole thing takes about 90 minutes. All you need is a computer or laptop with internet.
