As-is. The transmission is slipping, so this is not a daily driver.
Check with Hansers or other shop for transmission repair/rebuild cost.
Front right bumper is scratched up from misjudging the distance to a concrete pillar in the MSU parking garage.
I would repair this rig, but my daughter bought a smaller car to replace it.
Now for the good stuff.

Tires are in great condition (Cooper Discovery HTP with less than 5k miles)
Tan leather interior (with 3rd row) is in excellent condition, no rips/tears, no unpleasant odors or stains. Heated seats (front and rear) work. Premium stereo sounds great. Dual sunroofs. Power windows/locks all work perfectly.
AC blows cold.
Some evidence of ‘hard rain’ can be seen on the vehicle, but no rust.
