It builds Nuova Simonelli’s volumetric machine adding many additional features. This machine gives the barista unparalleled control over the machine at the touch of a button. Allowing the baristas to easily program dosages, boiler pressure, pre-infusion, and even energy savings settings. Making this one of our most flexible and consistent volumetric espresso machines.

This Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Digit has been fully refurbished including a deep clean with a boiler out descale. A 12-month PM kit was also conducted with steam wand and group head rebuild. This machine has been fully testes and is great working condition.
