OBO This is a beautiful artist proof print 30/200 of an owl about to catch a chipmunk. It is called "Unfair Advantage" by WR Pirami. The artist's original signature is on the mat surrounding the painting. The measurements of the print are 19" x 15 1/2", and with the frame it measures 26" by 21 1/2". It is very nicely framed and matted in a wooden frame with glass.
